Pilgrims by strict order

I answered Gyalmo separately, but given some of the e-mails we received recently, I thought I would add this post. I know you all have strong thoughts of remaining on pilgrimage, but please remember that the people in India are still on very strict Pilgrimage per Rinpoche.

If you are sending us e-mails or requests, it would be helpful to those here if you keep the tone of one in Pilgrimage. We have been told there will be no shopping here, so please recognize it will be hard for us to respond to shopping requests.

First carload safely in Dharamsala

We arrived today and are staying at Hotel Tibet. That's Rinpoche, Changchub, Jugney, Trilbu and myself. Second car -- and third (?) on the way tomorrow. In the meantime, first group is going to the temple and to find Brocade for Thankas tomorrow.

Rindor, I hope you made it safely home. I will be looking for your Chod drum tomorrow.

Oh, yeas, Chod. Well someone should post the entire story about that, but I am afraid I do not have time right now.

And did anyone mention Nalanda yet, or that very interesting bus ride?

Pema Dorje arrived safely at last

Pema Dorje arrived at 2:30 AM, brand new toothbrush in hand, as his luggage is still somewhere in route. We anticipate its safe arrival.

Anyone heard from Pema Dorje?

Hello all,

We arrived safely last night in New Delhi and arrived at our hotel around 2AM. But one of our travellers who we thought would be on the plane with us was not - Pema Dorje or Mac, from Canada. I emailed him and tried him at his home number, with no contact either way. While I'm not worried about him - being the seasoned traveller he is - I would like to touch base and see when he will be meting up with us. We all want to know when we'll be seeing our Canadian brother again!

So I have a request: if any of his friends here have a phone number for him other than a home number, please contact him. And email me at jugney @ gmail.com (with the spaces removed) if you get ahold of him. Thank you.
