Four Noble Truths

Here we are in the location of Lord Buddha Shakyamuni's first teaching - Sarnath. We are doing well, although some are feeling the effects of unfamiliar tastes and smells, myself included, but those concerns are minor compared with the wonder and amazement of India. Today we received teachings on the four noble truths at the Great Stupa in Sarnath and tomorrow we leave for Bodhgaya. I find it hard to put into words my impressions of India, and will leave it for now as my meditation place is calling and Drichab is feeling the need to return to our hotel as well.
